O2 Heatpumps Ltd provides, install and maintain eco7 swimming pool heat pumps, Mitsubishi Ecodan domestic heat pumps and Mitsubishi solar photovoltaic panels.
The eco7 pool heat pump range is available in three different sizes, providing optimum heating solutions for hot tubs, swim spas, and pools of all shapes and sizes. Heat pumps are the most efficient and cost-effective way to heat your spa or pool. To make you life easier, they come with soft start, filter pump override and SMS remote control (as well as many other features and benefits).
Mitsubishi’s Ecodan domestic heating heat pump features state of the art, advanced inverter technology – meaning you don’t need to have a buffer tank. Ecodan heats your home and your hot water using renewable energy. If you are replacing a G rated boiler, you will also be entitled to a grant as part of the Boiler Scrappage Scheme. In addition to this, you may also be entitled to up to £900 per property towards the cost of microgeneration (MCS) technologies. With the recent announcement of the Feed In Tariff for solar photovoltaic, the government have also published plans for a Feed In Tariff for heat pumps of 7.5p per kW of electricity used to commence in April 2011.
Solar photovoltaic electricity is generated from having solar panels on your property. Using the sun to generate electricity, this can then be used within your home or sold back to the electricity grid. With the government having just confirmed the new Feed In Tariff (FIT) to commence in April, you will be paid at least 41.5p for every kW of electricity your system generates (more if you don’t use it and send it to the grid).
